Year 5 2019 - 2020

Welcome to Year 5!

During this fantastic year, we cover a range of exciting cross-curricular topics through both core and foundation subjects. Our topics are Chocolate, in which the children delve into the forests of Central America to find out the history and secrets of delicious chocolate; Space, where children soar into space and discover the mysteries of the universe and the Greeks, which involves the pupils traveling back in time to see how other civilisations lived. To further enhance their knowledge and understanding of the curriculum, pupils visit Cadbury World, participate in a space camp and take an exciting trip to France.
