Physical Education

At Grange Park Junior School, we believe that regular exercise helps children sleep better and handle both physical and emotional challenges more positively. 

We also think all pupils leaving primary school should be physically literate and with the knowledge, skills and motivation necessary to equip them for healthy, active lifestyle and lifelong participation in physical activity and sport.

We want to ensure we provide enjoyable experiences where positive attitudes of sensitivity, leadership, co-operation, competition and tolerance may develop.
