Listen to Tiddler by Julia Donaldson

Monday - Tiddler the fish regularly makes up stories about why he is late for school. Can you make up your own story for why he was late one day?

 

Tuesday - Tiddler was busy dreaming up an excuse as to why he was late, and ended up getting caught in a fisherman's net and going on a real adventure. His class were worried about where he was and thought he might be lost. Can you make a ‘missing’ poster for Tiddler?

 

Wednesday - Think about the moment when Tiddler was caught in the net. How do you think he was feeling, and why?

 

Thursday - Tiddler ended up going on a real life adventure the day he was caught in the net. Can you write a diary entry pretending to be Tiddler, detailing what happened that day?

 

Friday - If you could dream up your own adventure, where would you go, and what would you do?
