SATs and Transition to Year 7

Year 6

At the end of Year 6, pupils are formally assessed in reading, grammar, punctuation and spelling, writing and maths, through the end of Key Stage 2 national tests (SATs).

Please click on the link below if you require further information to support your child in SATs.

  • CGP books- revision Please the CGP website for books to support your child revise for their SATs. We will be publishing a list of books that we will use in school and would recommend you do not purchase these.
  • Practise test papers Please see the website below for previous tests papers. We will be using the papers from 2017 onwards in school.

Transition to Year 7

Applying for Secondary school

If your child is due to start secondary school in September 2024, you must complete the application by 31st October 2023. Please all documents below.
